  1.                     SWEDISH TURKEY MEATBALLS

  4. 2 lbs. ground turkey
  5. 1/4 c. chopped onions
  6. 4 eggs
  7. 1-1/4 c. bread/cracker
  8.      crumbs
  9. 1 t. nutmeg
  10. 1/2 t. allspice
  11.  
  12. 1 t. salt
  13. 1/2 t. pepper
  14. 1 qt. milk
  15. 3/4 c. flour
  16. 6 oz. melted butter
  17. 1/2 t. salt
  18. 1/4 t. pepperMix first 8 ingredients and form into small round balls. 
  19. Brown in  1 tablespoon butter.  Remove and put in greased
  20. casserole dish.  Add butter, flour, salt and pepper into the
  21. browning pan.  Gradually add milk.  Heat and stir until
  22. thickened.  Pour over cream sauce and bake at 325 degrees for 1-
  23. 1/2 hours.
